Volunteering or Participating Before volunteering or participating in activities, individuals are required to sign a liability waiver. It is both the responsibility of the volunteer as well as the project leader to ensure that volunteer forms are filled out and email a scan or photo of the form to Pete Schwartz. You are welcome to print them, sign them and Email them. However, we also have some in the classroom at the SEF. If you show up at the SEF, you can fill them out and leave a copy there.Students doing work to improve Cal Poly, should instead fill out a Volunteer Form, which will cover the volunteer under Cal Poly’s Workman’s Compensation.
